You are responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planning, coordination, and execution<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring quality, budget, and timelines<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with clients, partners, and your team<\/li>\n<li>Steering towards sustainable and innovative solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What do you bring?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HBO or WO in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Preferably 5 years of experience, but (senior) work preparers with experience are also welcome to apply.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with BIM software and project management tools (Crane).<\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with budget monitoring and financial management within project management.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in the Dutch language.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.<\/li>\n<li>Stress-resistant and flexible: You know how to prioritize and handle pressure and changes within projects effectively, and you maintain a helicopter view within the project and team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What do we offer you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Salary &amp; Benefits\u00a0<\/b>A good salary between \u20ac5,000 and \u20ac6,500 gross per month, depending on your education and experience.
