The factory is a mix of artisanal dough preparation and machine baking, creating different workstations and tasks that you can and are allowed to learn. What are you going to do?<\/strong><\/p>\n Depending on your interest and any prior experience, you can get started in the dough-making area or in one of the production or packing departments. After changing and the daily briefing, you'll begin working at your permanent workstation with familiar colleagues.;<\/p>\n Do you work in the dough production department? Then you mix and produce dough depending on which product is being baked in the production department. You ensure that the operators can bake without worries, a role with a lot of independence and responsibility.<\/p>\n Will you be working in production or packing? Then you will ensure that the fresh dough is processed into the baked final product.
