A role with a lot of responsibility and impact within a dynamic environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What are you going to do?<\/strong><br \/>\nAs a Senior In-House Recruiter, you are responsible for the entire on-site process. You are the first point of contact for the client and ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You interact with the customer daily and advise on planning and staffing.<\/li>\n<li>You coordinate the operation and continuously strive for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>You guide and develop flexible staff.<\/li>\n<li>You identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve them.<\/li>\n<li>You monitor quality, planning, and results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What do you bring?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience as a (senior) account manager or in a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>You are a strong communicator and can easily adapt to different levels.<\/li>\n<li>You take ownership and dare to make decisions.<\/li>\n<li>You have an eye for both people and processes.<\/li>\n<li>You maintain an overview, even in a dynamic environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What do we offer you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary between \u20ac3,500 and \u20ac4,500 gross per month.<\/li>\n<li>25 vacation days + 6.5 ATV days.<\/li>\n<li>8% vacation pay.<\/li>\n<li>Company car.<\/li>\n<li>Travel expenses reimbursement or mobility scheme.<\/li>\n<li>2% profit sharing in case of positive result.<\/li>\n<li>Company laptop and phone.<\/li>\n<li>Good pension plan.<\/li>\n<li>Work at a permanent In House location with a major client.<\/li>\n<li>Plenty of room for development and advancement opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested?<br \/>\nGet in touch or send a message to brainstorm.
