This company produces and packages collectible cards entirely in-house. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that the machines keep running, packages are assembled correctly, and quality standards are maintained. Thanks to the different departments, you will have the opportunity to learn new skills and advance within the company. You will work in a three-shift system and be responsible for the following tasks:

Supplying machines and loading them with collectible cards;
Filling, labeling, and checking packages;
Identifying errors in the production process and reporting them to the supervisor;
Moving pallets using a pallet truck or electric pallet truck (EPT);
Keeping your workplace tidy and ensuring the production process runs smoothly.

Изисквания към длъжността

Experience in production is an advantage, but certainly not a requirement. What do we consider important? A motivated attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new tasks. In addition, you meet the following requirements:

You are motivated and enjoy rolling up your sleeves;
You work accurately and have an eye for quality;
Working in a three-shift system is no problem for you;
You speak English well;
You are flexible, eager to learn, and enjoy working with colleagues.

Условия на труд

As a production worker, you will have the opportunity to develop yourself within a growing organization. In addition to a varied role, you can expect the following employment conditions:

A gross monthly salary of €2,750, excluding a 25% shift allowance;
Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer, with a maximum of 100 kilometers in total;
Opportunities for career progression within the company;
Three-shift working hours: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, and 10:00 PM–6:00 AM;
