Planner

For our own office we are looking for an enthusiastic planner, you will work in the day shift on location at one of our customers. Our working hours are between 6:00 and 17:30, so you can start at 6:00 or 9:00. Within our fast growing company we are looking for someone who likes to keep an overview, is flexible and gets a lot of energy from a lot of contact with people. After all, in this role as a planner you are the connecting link between our flex workers, clients and our own team. Because of this, your tasks are very diverse and at any time of the day you do something different, you can think of performing an attendance check or giving a presentation about the new workplace of candidates. So in this position you are not only planning, we are looking for someone who gets energy from all the additional tasks, we are happy to tell you more about this! What are you going to do?

Within this position as a planner, your range of duties is very diverse, for example, you have no problem starting your work day at 6:00 in the morning. In addition, the following tasks also recur daily:

• Perform turnout checks, what you plan you also check by physical inspection.
• Making schedules for our employees.
• You will ensure proper and accurate administration in the scheduling system.
• You are flexible towards our contacts on site and answer any questions quickly and professionally.
• Preparation of a starter pack for new employees.
• Have bad news conversations with employees.
• Being the first point of contact for both employees and customers.

What do you bring?

For this position, a number of things are a hard requirement, in addition, there are a number of points that are nicely included in your profile:

• Fluent command of the Dutch language.
• Starting in the early morning is not a problem.
• For this position, we are looking for someone who already has some experience within the position of job coach, scheduler or has already worked at another staffing agency.
• It is nice if you have already obtained your SEU, for example.
• You are strong on your feet and you come into your own during busy periods!

• Gross monthly salary which can go up to € 3250, this is based on experience and knowledge.
• 25 vacation days per year plus 6.5 ADV day based on 40 hours.
