Electrical installer for security and fire alarm systems

As Electrician Are you the technical point of contact on-site? You work independently on installation, repair, and troubleshooting tasks and ensure that projects run smoothly – from preparation to completion. You work at various project locations and have a flexible work schedule based on planning and deadlines. The work is physically varied and sometimes challenging (e.g., working at heights or in awkward positions), with safety always being paramount.

Among other things, you are responsible for:

• Install, mount, and commission security systems according to project specifications
• Performing repairs and troubleshooting faults
• Preparing projects (materials, planning, and coordination)
• Inspection and testing of installations after completion
• Commissioning of systems and providing user instructions
• Signaling deviations and liaising with the project manager
• Ensure correct administration (work orders, reports, hours)
• Actively contribute to a safe work environment

In addition, you are the first point of contact for colleagues and customers on-site. You ensure that everything is correct—both technically and in terms of communication.

What are you bringing?

You are technically strong, think ahead, and take responsibility. Furthermore, you have:

• Minimum MBO-4 work and thinking level (technical direction)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with security installations
• Diploma MBV and/or IDB (or willing to obtain them)
• VCA certificate (or willing to obtain it)
• Aerial work platform certificate (or willing to obtain one)
• Driver's license B
• Good command of the Dutch language
• Basic knowledge of English

Additionally, you are willing to undergo the necessary screenings (reliability and police statement).
