Experienced Logistics Employee

For a large, new and rapidly growing logistics company in Ridderkerk, we are looking for experienced logistics employees who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves. The organization is in full development - the logistics processes and systems are not yet fully set up, which means there is plenty of room for initiative and own input. What are you going to do?

As a logistics employee, you will be responsible for the entire warehouse and storage of goods within the distribution center. You can handle the forklift/reach truck and EPT well.
You actively think about process improvements and contribute to the further professionalization of the logistics organization.
Your duties will include:

• Loading, unloading and moving goods with EPT, forklift and reach truck;
• Control and process flow of goods;
• Completing and checking forms (manual, no WMS);
• Identify bottlenecks and contribute solutions;
• Working safely and neatly within the warehouse.

What do you bring?

• Demonstrated experience with EPT, forklift and reach truck (not a short course, but real hands-on experience);
• Good understanding of logistics processes and a proactive attitude;
• Able to work independently and take responsibility;
• No difficulty with administrative tasks such as reading and filling out forms;
• You have a practical, down-to-earth mentality and enjoy thinking about improvements;
• Dutch and English is required
