Job description

What are you going to do? Depending on your interest and any experience you may have, you can start in the dough preparation room or in one of the production or packaging departments. After changing clothes and the daily start-up meeting, you will begin working at your fixed workstation with familiar colleagues. Do you work in the dough preparation room? Then you mix and produce the dough depending on which product is being baked on the production department. You ensure that the operators can bake without worries, a role with a lot of independence and responsibility. Are you going to work in production or packaging? Then you ensure that the fresh dough is processed into the baked final product. Think of setting the dosages, conveyor belts, oven, metal detection, and packaging machine.

Job requirements

What do you bring?

Experience as a baker or operator within the food industry;
You live in the Hardinxveld-Giessendam area;
You have your own transportation or a driver's license;
You are willing to work in shifts.

Employment conditions

What do we offer you?

A starting salary of €3000 to €3200 gross per month, excluding shift allowances, depending on your work experience, is negotiable;
Shift premiums of up to 37% in addition to your salary;
25 vacation days;
8% vacation pay (paid in May);
Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer;
