This bakery bakes the tastiest and freshest bread products every day. From whole loaves to white rolls and currant buns; our people work here with a lot of variety. The factory is a mix of artisanal dough preparation and machine baking, creating different workstations and tasks that you can and are allowed to learn. You can not only taste the passion for the bread products here, but you also see it on the work floor.

What are you going to do?

Depending on your interest and any prior experience, you can get started in the dough-making area or in one of the production or packing departments. After changing and the daily briefing, you'll begin working at your permanent workstation with familiar colleagues.;

Do you work in the dough production department? Then you mix and produce dough depending on which product is being baked in the production department. You ensure that the operators can bake without worries, a role with a lot of independence and responsibility.

Will you be working in production or packing? Then you will ensure that the fresh dough is processed into the baked final product. This includes setting up the dosages, conveyor belts, oven, metal detection, and packing machine.

What do you bring?

• Experience as a baker or operator or within the food industry;
• You live in the Hardinxveld-Giessendam area;
• You have your own transportation or a driver's license;
• You are willing to work in shift work;

What do we offer you? 

• A starting salary of €3000 to €3200 gross per month, excluding shift allowances, depending on your work experience, is negotiable;
• Shift premiums of up to 37% in addition to your salary;
• 25 vacation days;
• 8% vacation pay (paid in May);
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer;
• Opportunities for further development and advancement, for example to Team Leader;
