Process Operator - Moerdijk Region

For a modern producer in the Moerdijk region, we are looking for a Process Operator who enjoys working in a 5 or 2-shift system. You will join a stable organization where sustainability, quality, and teamwork are central. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that the production process runs safely, efficiently, and according to the highest quality standards.

Our client is a family-owned business located in Moerdijk and is a continuous (24/7) production and trading company that manufactures several environmentally friendly products from wood, wood shavings, and sawdust. Main products include wood pellets, wood chips, and firewood logs. The wood pellets and wood chips are used in power plants and heating systems in both industrial and private markets. Additionally, firewood logs are produced for open fireplaces, fire pits, and closed stove systems for the private market.

What are you going to do?

As a Process Operator, you will work alternately from the control room and on the production floor. You will be responsible for monitoring the production process and intervening when necessary.

Your duties include:

• Start-up and setup of production facilities;
• Monitor and control the production process from the control room.;
• Checking the quality of the end product;
• Performing quality measurements and identifying deviations;
• Managing colleagues on the work floor and providing support where needed.;
• Setting up and adjusting machines and production lines;
• Performing first-line maintenance on machines and installations;
• Resolving minor technical malfunctions;
• Drafting a clear team handover.

What are you bringing?

• MBO level 3 work and thinking level;
• Experience as a Process Operator or in a similar technical role.;
• Technical acumen and a hands-on mentality;
• You are eager to learn, responsible, and work precisely;
• You preferably live in the Moerdijk region or are willing to travel there.
