Construction Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for construction projects?
At our client's, you'll have the opportunity to lead challenging custom projects from start to finish – from initiation to completion.

What are you going to do?

As a Project Leader, you ensure that every project runs smoothly. You are responsible for:

• Planning, coordination, and execution
• Monitoring quality, budget, and timelines
• Collaborating with clients, partners, and your team
• Steering towards sustainable and innovative solutions

What do you bring?

• HBO or WO in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferably 5 years of experience, but (senior) work preparers with experience are also welcome to apply.
• Experience with BIM software and project management tools (Crane).
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and standards.
• Experience with budget monitoring and financial management within project management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in the Dutch language.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Stress-resistant and flexible: You know how to prioritize and handle pressure and changes within projects effectively, and you maintain a helicopter view within the project and team.

• Salary & Benefits A good salary between €5,000 and €6,500 gross per month, depending on your education and experience. In addition, we offer excellent employment conditions in accordance with the Bouw & Infra CAO, including no less than 43 days off per year.
