Carpenter Service & Maintenance

You work on restoration, repair, and maintenance of residential, commercial, and public buildings. You are part of a dedicated family business where autonomy, teamwork, and job satisfaction are paramount.

What are you going to do?

• Performing service, maintenance, and repair work
• Resolving construction complaints, damages, and defects
• Carpentry such as window frames, doors, trim, and hardware.
• Participate in renovations such as bathrooms, kitchens, and toilets.
• Detection and repair of wood rot, leaks, and damage, among other things
• Align with residents, clients, and colleagues
• Working according to safety and quality standards

What do you bring?

• MBO (all-round) carpenter or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience
• Good knowledge of carpentry and construction processes
• Read technical drawings
• Good command of the Dutch language
• Driver's license B and VCA certificate
