Construction Manager

As a Construction Site Manager, you lead projects in the Randstad area from start to completion. You manage skilled workers and subcontractors, and monitor schedules, quality, and safety. Within our family-owned company with short communication lines, you can act quickly and see the direct results of your work.

What are you going to do?

  • Managing construction site workers and subcontractors (new construction and renovation);
  • Monitoring planning, budget, and progress together with the project manager;
  • Ensuring quality, safety (H&S), and a tidy construction site;
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and work preparation.;
  • Identifying additional and reduced work and reporting progress;
  • Supervising handovers and transfers;
  • Daily coordination with your team and contributing to solutions.

What do you bring?

  • MBO/HBO Architecture or equivalent;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a supervisor (or assistant supervisor);
  • Knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and work methods;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • Good command of the Dutch language;
  • VCA-VOL and driver's license B;
  • Experience with BIM or LEAN planning is a plus.
