Planner

Are you the organizational all-rounder who makes the construction process run smoothly?
At our client, we are looking for a Project Planner who will ensure that every project runs smoothly and flawlessly.

What are you going to do?
As a work planner, you are the central point between the project manager, the contractor, and the supplier. You arrange everything: from construction drawings and schedules to materials and equipment. With your knowledge of modern construction techniques and your organizational talent, you ensure quality, efficiency, and a tight schedule. Depending on the projects, you manage one or more simultaneously.

What are you bringing?

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a work planner in construction;
• Completed MBO or HBO (vocational or higher professional education) degree (Construction, Civil Engineering, or equivalent);
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality requirements;
• Solution-oriented and top-notch organizational skills;
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in the Dutch language.;
• Experience with construction software is a plus.

What do we offer you? 

• Salary & BenefitsA good salary between €4,500 and €5,400 gross per month, depending on your education and experience. Additionally, we offer excellent secondary employment conditions in accordance with the Construction & Infrastructure collective labor agreement, including as many as 43 days off per year.;
• Flexibility We offer flexible working hours and a 40-hour workweek, with a 32-hour week being negotiable. If desired, a company car is negotiable.;
