Senior In-House Intermediary

For one of our on-site locations, we are looking for a Senior On-Site Intermediary who takes charge, thinks ahead, and makes a difference for both clients and flexible staff. A role with a lot of responsibility and impact within a dynamic environment.

What are you going to do?
As a Senior In-House Recruiter, you are responsible for the entire on-site process. You are the first point of contact for the client and ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

• You interact with the customer daily and advise on planning and staffing.
• You coordinate the operation and continuously strive for improvement.
• You guide and develop flexible staff.
• You identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve them.
• You monitor quality, planning, and results.

What do you bring?

• Experience as a (senior) account manager or in a similar role.
• You are a strong communicator and can easily adapt to different levels.
• You take ownership and dare to make decisions.
• You have an eye for both people and processes.
• You maintain an overview, even in a dynamic environment.

What do we offer you?

• Salary between €3,500 and €4,500 gross per month.
• 25 vacation days + 6.5 ATV days.
• 8% vacation pay.
