(Senior) Account Manager Recruitment

What are you going to do?

As a (Senior) Account Manager Recruitment, you will be responsible for expanding our client base and maintaining long-term partnerships. You will act as a sparring partner for clients and translate their staffing needs into the right recruitment solutions.

Your duties include:

• Proactively approach (job-seeking) candidates;
• Building and maintaining sustainable client relationships;
• Assessing staffing needs and advising on the right recruitment strategy;
• Working with internal recruiters to connect the right candidates with the right organizations;
• Identifying commercial opportunities and responding to market developments;
• Responsible for revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and achieving commercial objectives.

What do you bring?

• Experience as a (senior) account manager, consultant, or in a similar role;
• You are a strong communicator and can easily adapt to different levels.;
• You take ownership and dare to make decisions;
• You have an eye for both people and processes.;
• You speak and write Dutch and English fluently.

• Base salary between €3,500 and €4,500 gross per month;
• A strong individual bonus scheme, which can amount to a significant sum.;
